A Big Hello to my brothers from India !!!
Dear All,
A big hello and Namaste to all my HD brothers around the world .
My name is Sangam Sheth and I live in Mumbai. I bought my 2013 Softail Heritage in April and I have stilll not stopped admiring my beauty. This was a gift from my family on my 50th birthday.
After I bought the bike I started searching the web about HD and realised that HD is an industry on its own. When I saw the 2013 parts and accesories catalogue, I was just floored to see the level of customisation one can do on the bike - it is just mind boggling !!!!!. The options and availability of accesories, merchandise, clothes, helmets, boots, after-market parts and gadgets ....... it just never ends.
I am proud to own one of the best bike in the world - a legend - a heritage.
I read a few threads on this forum and decided to join instantly so that I can be a part of this brotherhood and seek advise from vetrans who have been owning this legend over the years.
The last thing I would like to say ..... seniors, vetrans - pls excuse my ignorance in case I ask some silly question in my future posts.
Till then ...... Cheers

A very warm welcome to you from Malaysia. You're a very lucky man with a great family I'm sure. What a wonderful gift.I'll be turning 50 next week too and so just a few months ago I bought myself a SG for my birthday..lol.
Yes sir,Harley is a huge name,it had almost always been and I think it will remain so for decades to come. They are masters at marketing and if you're not careful, you'd be eating sleeping and breathing Harley in no time. Not that it's a bad thing but be warned,it's infectious. Not sure about it being the best bike in the world but it sure has the history and a cult following worldwide.
That's right,I can't think of any other make with such craziness about it around the world.Having said all that, congratulations on an awesome and iconic beauty, the Heritage Softail.I'm sure you're gonna have many wonderful years with it.
This is a great forum with nice people who are ever willing to help and share and no question is too silly so fire away.
