New from The Land of Mañana
This is always a little awkward when you have to stand up and introduce yourself to the class, so to speak. I thought I would go ahead since it would provide an opportunity to say hello and thanks. The forum has been super helpful for me in the last year or so since I picked up my first Harley (Street Bob) and now my Road King. I hadn’t been riding for about 15 years and finally got the thumbs up from the “boss” (if you know what I mean) to buy a bike. My kids nearly did summersaults when I pulled up to the house with the new bike and I’d have to say it’s brought the kid out in me as well! It's kinda like the feeling I had as a teenager holding the keys in my hand and sinking into the bench seat of my “new car”.
We've been riding all over New Mexico, a bit in Colorado and hopefully AZ soon and it's a rush every time I sit in the saddle! Anyhoo, I’ve definitely learned quite a few things from the forum and hopefully I can contribute little back.
