1979 harley fxe rear brake problems help
I have a 79 fxe rebuilt the rear master cylinder after the rear brake got smoked and the brake would never build very much pressure and then after it sits you have to pump it up but it still is a very spongy brake I also rebuilt the caliper and the same thing no change need some advice

Your issue may be the brake's master cylinder has worn seals.
