Wellllllll...... Probably going to get alot of flak for this one. I don't actually own/ride a Harley. I own a 2012 Yamaha Raider. But, at some point I more than likely will buy/ride a Harley. (After all, I have enough Harley riders asking me what year/make my "Harley" is)
I joined this forum so I can get a better idea as to what Harleys are out there for the tall people like myself (6'6") and also because I have alot of friends who want to get into motorcycles and are positively in love with Harleys.
So, with that being said I am not one of these "Holy c***! Why do you ride a Harley, they are sooo outdated" self-righteous nutjobs that seem to show up in many of the forums I've looked at. Also, try to avoid referring to my bike as jap crap. I prefer the title "Le Grand Sexy".
I love riding pure and simple. If my friends want to ride a Harley, I introduce them to the people I know at the local Harley dealership. If they are looking for a Yamaha, I introduce them to the people I know there etc...
Looking forward to talking with everyone.
Peace
