Sounds like you have your answer

I love my Heritage... that is probably because I have one

Put a rider's back rest on it and some highway pegs and it is like flying a recliner down the highway.

I have a 2011 Heritage, and was thinking about trading it for a 2012 Ultra. Rode the Ultra, and it had more pick-up than the Heritage, but it also had an HD tuner and Rineharts on it. I did notice that the riding position on the Ultra is very different that the Heritage...and a it would take some getting used to. I decided to keep the Heritage, but more because I couldn't reach a reasonable deal with the dealership at the time. I was really only thinking about it because I want my wife to come on more trips and be comfortable, and I figure the Ultra is more of a two up bike. Because I couldn't make a deal, I bought a Mustang vintage wide touring, and some new passenger floor boards. We're keeping the Heritage, and it seems with the new seat, and maybe a shotgun shock, we'll be just fine. Long way of saying I like the Heritage.
