exhaust changes to my 103

Hi,new to the forum!The 2013 seem to be sentive to almost any change!Can i use straight fishtail slip-ons without using Power commander or some other piggy back?I will be leaving the stock a/c on.Next can i remove the cat?The bike will remain stock except for these changes.Thanks Oilslinger
