Welcome from Wisconsin. Home state of Harley Davidson. Many of our cities were discovered by French Explorers, and settled by French fur trappers. We know how to work hard and party hard.
You could do a great tour of Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula, there are several historical Villages and forts. PM me if you need a guide.

Hi everybody,
Thank you again for your welcome posts.
As you say, Tbone108, driving in Paris is mad. We have something very special here, it's driving on the "Périphérique" (the road that turns around Paris during 23 miles) between 2 car lanes. There's a link, hope it will work for those who want to see. You first have 20'' of avertisement and after, 30'' of that kind of sport :

I know I will have to come to Wisconsin (and North Dakota !) one time but for this year, our trip will be between San Francisco - Salt Lake City and Bonneville for 2 weeks. We will be there in August, have rent 2 H-D and will accompany a french man who will try to beat some records on the salt flats.
If one of yours comes sometimes to Paris, just MP me !
Yves

My wife and I just vacationed in Paris for 5 days this past fall.... I was in awe over the number of scooters and motorcycles. I sure wish they would catch on like that in the US.
Told my wife I would move to Paris just for the riding!!!
Welcome to the boards...
