You need 5 posts AND have been a member for at least 5 days. It's an anti-spam measure. Small price to pay I say, I am a spam hater.
May have been wrong on the 5 and 5 numbers. I have thirteen posts, have been on for about 18 days, and still can't view attachments. Would love to know what the actual numbers are.
