Hello from Millsboro, DE. Sounds like your interested in your customers. That is definately a great start. If you respect your customers and treat them the same way you would like to be treated, your going to see a lot of return customers and new ones by word of mouth. It's also important for us customers to treat you with respect and not expect "the customer is always right". That is just BS. Anyway, welcome to the forum.
