Hello Everyone,
My name is Chris and I hail from Red Deer, Alberta Canada. I just picked up my first Harley last week, an 08 Sportster 1200c in Sunset Yellow.
For many years, being a sportbike rider I drank the anti-Harley koolaid and swore I'd never own one, having owned CBR's and Ninjas....
Then one day I actually rode one, ( a 72 at the dealership, actually). I ended up buying a used bike more in my budget within a week, and I'll tell you this... I'll never go back to any other brand.
As to the bike, I bought it was a Screamin Eagle air filter, V&H slip-ons and V&H fuelpak already installed.
My goal over time is to turn it into a comfortable bobber, so we'll see what the future holds.
