hi there everybody
the wife and i bought a sportster for ourselves for Christmas..a bit selfish but after 35 years of Hondas i thought it was time for a change..especially when the honda dealer said he couldnt get parts anymore for my 84 magna..heck they built it...why wouldnt they still have parts for it?...lotsa questions i have and im getting a lot of different answers from folks i know so i hope to get some good opinions on here...a safe rain free ride to you all!

In 1984 I bought a new 84 V45 Magna. Enjoyed that bike. Rode it to work 98 miles round trip. Sold it in 87 and never had a bit of trouble with it. Wanted a Harley, but before the import tarriffs on Jap bikes the Hondas were cheap. I paid $2700 for my magna. Enough of that, I have hadmy Harley now for 4 years. Welcome to the Forums from the Lake Okeechobee area of South Florida.
