I also have a 2012 fat Boy Lo.
My best advice I could give you is to read the thread below from the beginning. It is called "Calling all FatBoy Lo Owners". It is just for Fat Boy Lo's and people have done a lot of mods and posted pictures of them. They also discuss how to do mods or problems or fixes they have come up with. This will give you ideas for your bike and more info than your H-D dealer could give you.
