Hi y'all -- just joined this forum and am hoping to get some good advice, as I'm in the market for my first Harley. As background, I rode a long time ago on various smaller bikes (my last was a 65 Bonneville), and now I'm about ready to get back in the saddle and fulfill my long-lost desire to ride a Harley. More specifically, I'm looking toward a touring bike, most likely an Electra Glide.
If anybody has any tips for a noob -- what models or years to avoid, pluses or minuses on buying used, etc. -- I'd love to hear them!
