Default Hello from Sugar Land Texas

What's up everyone, I live in Sugar Land Texas (right outside of Houston) and I own a 2011 Street Bob that I purchased at the beginning of last January. So far, I have purchased new grips, foot pegs, axle covers, V and H short Shots, Stage 1 air cleaner kit, a SE tuner, and a new shifter peg. Eventually, I would like to do some serious engine mods, but that will take time and money to complete. I have been reading articles on this website for some time... so I know I will get some really good info for myself when I consider what mods to put on my FXDB! Hopefully with a little more exp, I can help someone else on this site, but that will happen much later Im sure...

Thanks guys... You both look like you have some serious cruisers... I rode my FXDB yesterday 300 miles, and I had to stop three times to get feelings back in my a@# and my fingers.... maybe some day I will get a touring bike to enjoy the trip a little better

Welcome Cool, Lived In Baytown, Highland, and dayton, Years ago. Had Bro's that lived in Sugarland. They make gel pads or better seats, sundowner is one seat people brag about. Good luck on your getting used to the riding.

Thanks for the info Chop, I saw the Sundowner seats in the big book.... but without anyone with exp that new about them, I wasnt about to throw down a couple hundred bucks on a seat that I didnt know would give me any more comfort... I go to Republic HD, and no one there could give me any good info on that seat, I am about 220 6' 2" thanks
