Definitely wouldn't recommend a Sporty. I am 6' and 190ish and was cramped riding the Sporty. Just traded up to a 11 FXDC and love it. Even with the mid controls, it still feels comfortable. I just mounted highway pegs, in the place of forwards, and it fits awesome. I kind of like the mids actually, after coming from the Sporty's forwards.
