New to forum, new to Harley
Hello all, Chris here from Northern Maryland. Just picked up my new scoot a couple weeks ago. 2011 FXS Blackline, all black. I've been riding for a couple years now but started off on a Kawasaki Vulcan. Nice bike but didn't fulfill the dream. I've always wanted a Harley and have been stopping in dealership and eyeballing them for years. I've sat on just about every style Harley has put out in the last 5 years or so but when I sat on the Blackline I knew I had to have it. Even the wife recognized the look and said, "oh no...we're taking this home aren't we?" I've only put about 250 miles on because the weather hasn't been cooperating but things are looking up. Really anxious to turn her loose and really feel that HD power.
Anyhow, was surfing for good forums with friendly folks willing to school noobs and this one seemed pretty good. Hope to see you guys in the threads and on the roads!
