got my 1st Harley
Up until 3 weeks ago i was a sport bike guy. Over the last 15 years i rode all kinds GSXR, FZR, NINJA recently i sold my CBR. I always wanted a Harley but never made the jump. Well i had knee surgery last week and had plenty of time to sit around cruising the HD dealer websites. The 1st few days went pretty good then it happened...i found a bike at a local dealership. The next day i couldn't sit around my house anymore i jumped in my truck and headed over to the shop. hobbled inside and there it was the bike i'd been stuck in my house staring at for a week. talked to the sales guy for awhile. didn't want to take it for a ride YET! I left the dealership stopped at a couple other dealerships on my way home. The very next morning i headed back over to the shop for a test ride. it took me all of 2 miles to turn around and buy the bike. After 15 years of getting crap from the "old" guys i finally got what they were talking about.

I came from the sport bike direction, too. CBR, FJR, then Duc Multi. Love the Multi (still have it) but now have a Dyna.
