Long Time Listener, First Time Caller
Greetings from the Midwest! I have been lurking around this forum for some time & finally decided to jump in. After 22 years, I retired from the U.S. Army last August and as a gift my wife bought me (read allowed me to by) a black 2005 Heritage Classic. I have been loving it and life ever since! I am just getting back into riding; I rode as a teen, but life happened. The bike is basically stock, just bits and pieces, but she is beautiful & I am darn proud to own her. I am looking forward to being educated & entertained here in the Forum & hope I can bring something to the table. See you out there!

Howdy Indy, welcome to the forum. It's nice that your wife let you buy a Harley. Good luck with the Heritage, enjoy the ride.

John,
I live about 1 1/2 hours from Indy West HD. Met a friend from the forum there a couple of weeks ago. There are several great people from the Indy area on this forum.
Keep in touch and maybe we can all meet someday.
