For those who have asked, I live in the Southeastern MI area. West of Detroit, but not all the way to Ann Arbor.

Thanks to all that have responded.

I am the only person I know who owns a bike. I came here to communicate with of HD owners about everything from great places to ride, to help maintaining my machine.

I guess I will be leaning on you guys heavily until I meet some other riders in my area.
where from Michigan you from mate?

Burrrrrr! Sorry you have to freeze in Michigan. See my new post: "Sunny Riding in Cal" to warm you up. Question: Do you put chains on your bike?

Hey Adam,

Good to have you on board. I'm new to posting on this forum too but I've found a great group of "like minded" enthusiasts, many sharing their experience and doing what they can to aid others.

I also can't wait until the spring rain washes the salt off the road. Or maybe even earlier, just depending...

I'm just a little bit north of you. You need to come to Flint for next years Bikes On The Bricks weekend.
