Hi from Wisconsin
Hi everyone,
Another newbie here, I'm a new proud owner of a 2010 Road King, just picked it up last weekend. My previous bike was a Suzuki Boulevard 800. I've made quite a jump this time. I've been riding for about 5 years, and prior to that, about 18-20 years on the back of my husbands Harleys. He owned an Electra Glide for about 13 years and just bought an Ultra Special. We love riding together, going places meeting new people.
I won't get much riding time in any more this year, but plan to get on my new Harley as much as possible come spring. I look forward to checking out all of the forums ( have done a little already), I see there's a special area for women too, that's pretty cool. I must say getting on a Harley after riding my Suzuki, there's no comparison!! Now I just need to get used to the bigger weight difference!! My answer to that is ride, ride, ride!! And come spring I'll do just that! Looking forward to diving in to this forum and finding out everything I can about my new bike and getting to know all of you! Have a great weekend!
