New but Old
Hi there. I'm new to the group but used to ride motorcycles years ago. I bought a new 1976 Sportster way back and sold it around 1980 or so. I haven't ridden since, but am sorta getting the HD bug again. I really like the look of the Super Glide Customs. I've looked at used ones and they seem to be close to the cost of a new one, so am leaning toward a new one. In the meanwhile I will be reading this forum to get back up to speed.

If I had anything to say to encourage you it would be to say to take the MSF course first and then go from there test riding different bikes.
By taking the MSF course you get a discount on your insurance for a start and you might even learn a new thing or 2.

Hold on there,, "Way Back" in 76,, I was on my 5th bike in my 12th yr of riding... so Ur not all that old yet... got my first one in 64 and still going..
