Welcome and congrats! Just keep the receipt for the helmet if you decide to return it. Imho too many blind spots with the full-face.

"Imho too many blind spots with the full-face." I have heard others say that also...I think it depends upon the brand...I ride in Arai and Shoei helmets, both of which have engineered theirs to have virtually no blind spots..and don't have that feeling at all...well, except for glancing at the speedometer, which I rarely do

Thanks for the reading suggestions gents. I've put 300 or so miles on it in the last two days. I'm in love. I know we've all seen Road Kings before but here's a pic after cleaning her up a little. I didn't detail it out, but it's new to me and I wanted to spend most of the day in the saddle.

Man, that's a sweet KING. Believe you me when I say I wish I had a FF helmet instead of a half this past April when we were riding from Albuquerque to Laughlin RR. In Flagstaff, AZ we hit snow, rain, small hail and more snow. That chit hurts. Welcome to the forum and ride safe.

Awesome bike choice. You will get comfortable with the weight quickly. I went from a Fatboy to a Roadglide. I noticed the difference in weight.
