Hello all.
I'm back on two wheels after taking a two year hiatus. Wife wanted a new house so I sold my RoadKing, my custom 1963 thunderbird and have been bored out of my mind since.
I finally came to my senses and started shopping. I found this little rigid bobber for $7,000 with a stock EVO and about 6,500 miles. Perfect for my riding style. Back and forth to work once or twice a week, short bar hops in the city and the occassional 200 mile run on a Saturday. I got the roadking back in 2005 thinking she'd like to tag along but she seldom did.
In anycase, I may have some questions about this Evo and who knows what else as I get more familiar with this little hopper. I've put about 1,500 miles on it and the only issue I've had so far is a bolt holding some kind of plug with a sensor attached to it came out of the tranny and let about 1/3 qt of oil in the wind.
I live near Hills and Dales in San Antonio, TX so you'll see this bike up there often.
