Deal with Texan Harley Davidson in Conroe, Tx. at your own risk. They do not listen to their customers and make excuses for mistakes. I bought a new battery from them approximately one month ago. Went out to start the bike and it was dead, dead, dead. They said that they would have to check the battery and that would take 24 hours. They called and said that it was bad and that they would replace the battery. When I picked up the battery, they said that if this battery went bad, it was due to my bike and not the battery. I guess that a bad battery has never been manufactured! This comes from the same company that sold us an 98 FXD with incorrect mileage. A major mistake and federal offense. I notified the owner, David Moore, of this mistake. Never heard back from him regarding the matter. I guess that I am old fashioned, but I would have offered something for the mistake in the name of customer satisfaction. They also messed up major repairs on my bike resulting from an accident. We discussed parts selection prior to repairs and none were completed as discussed. All they offer is excuses. This is the last straw. I will never deal with this company again.
