New HD owner
Hi All,
I've rode for 14 years and then I took a 15 year break from riding until this summer. My employer paid for the Riders Edge course and it is amazing how much you remember and can react on a bike. Great course.
So, I did my research and test rode some bikes and picked up a new Fat Bob. Great bike and my first Harley. That big V twin is awesome!
Now the bad news. I only have 14 miles on the bike. That's my test ride and the ride home. Two days after I picked it up I blew out my knee playing softball! Ive been laid up for 5 weeks and I have another 3-4 months to go before I can try and ride.
Anyway, this appears to be a great forum with alot of info and friendly users. I'll be surfing the net while I'm laid up putting together my wish list of stuff.
