NEPA newbie...
Hi all and thanks for some great information.
I'm a 32 year old telecom engineer from northeastern PA, married with two small children. I have been lurking here on the forums for some time now, just gathering information. I have rode a lot of dirt bike in the past, but never any street bike. Now I'm in the market and will most likely be purchasing a HD. So far I have visited a few dealership to get a feel for the styles of bikes HD makes and think I'm leaning towards to the Fat Boy Lo. I'm short at 5'8" and the Fat Boy Lo seems to fit me well.
I'm open to suggestions if anyone thinks the Fat Boy is not a good first time bike. I want something that won't imtimidate me, but think I may be too big for a sportster.
Thanks again for all the great info you guys provide and look forward to the day that I have the experience to give info instead of leeching it.

Thanks everyone for the welcome. I definately won't rush into it yet even though I am pretty excited about purchasing one. I figure by late fall or early spring is when I'll make a purchase
