After 6 fuses I had enough. Found the bare wire for the radio mem under the fairing bare and grounding out on the top of the fairing frame. Anybody having this type issue go there first. All the vibration had worn off the electical tape and wire insulation over the years (4). The wire is red with an orange stripe and is always hot for the radio memory.
