Sorry to hear that you were severly impacted by Katrina, and had to move away from the coast!

BTW, Coast HD has made a complete turnaround from where it was @ 5 years ago... luckily for us, the consumer, since HD has been been re-evaluating all there dealerships recently, they have been forced to make changes to improve their customer rating. I still would give them a chance, but still shop around, including at North Shore... after all, it is your money, and the dealerships need to compete for your business.
