I would recommend seeing if you can order a service manual through your local HD Dealer.

 

rocker box bolts 120-160 in.lbs rockerbox cover15-18 ft. lbs Im using in.lbs because most ft lb torque wrenches are inaccurate below 15lbs hope this helps.
