after getting aggravated for not being able to send the PM to a member, finally decided to make my way to a "New member" area - looking for a link to contact administration. Sure enough, the very first Sticky explained my "issues"

Joined 12-21-13 (?) and this is now my 5th post I believe, but still can't see pictures. Was able to, but not now. One thread I read said you have to be on here a minimum of 5 days OR post 5 replys. So that's one or the other, not both. So why can't I see the pictures?
