Default new guy with a problem , what else is new.

Has anyone tried to repair wheel bearing hub.
Bought chromed stock wheels for my fat boy, returned my wheels as core, every thing was smooth till rear wheel began to knock six months later at low speed. After replacing just about every thing but the rim the shop tells me the bearing hub is too loose seems like the bearingi s moving due to being pressed in crooked . Anyone have any idea other than go buy a new rim.

thanks
sal

Howdy from Dallas. Should not be loose unless something is wrong w/the bearing or wheel. 6 months is not long enough to cause those problems.
