Welcome aboard. Nothing better than 2 wheels, been on them all my life. Dont own a car. (better 1/2 has a truck) Looks like youve done your research. Working on bikes is pretty easy, the bummer is the cost of the special tools. I used to make them for my shovelheads, now Ive gotta buy them they are so complex and precise, like the bearing pullers and installers for the twin cams. Ride safe!

Welcome! You have already done a lot of research so go for it. Take it out to empty parking lots and less traveled areas......you might not drop it like you think if you practice the skills. Suggest you buy "Ride like a Pro" DVD also.
