New owner- old bell

Hey all, first time HD owner here. Just got my 07 softail custom today. Old owner left his bell on. Should I keep it or replace it when someone gives me a new one? What does "legend" say about replacement? Seems like I should have my own. Interested in comments, thanks.

I say keep the bell... the previous owner "gave" it to you, so you are good to go...

I left the bell on my old bike when I sold it... consequently, I have not received a bell for my new bike yet! I friend said he was going to get me one, but hasn't yet...
