Welcome from Bristol England.
Fortunately I have a garage so cant recommend a cover for outside use from experience. But there are a selection at this link you could consider http://www.autoanything.com/car-covers/20A52424A1.aspx
However, given that your bike is an 09 model and will have an alarm fitted as standard. If its likely to be stood unused during the winter months you really will need to have it hooked up to a tender otherwise your battery will be flat in no time.
A garage would be the best solution, but if simply not possible a shed would suffice so long as it has power.
If none of these is feasible in your circumstances you could make enquiries with your local Harley Dealer to see if they provide a winter storage service. I know one a few miles from me does where for a fee they will keep the bike under cover and attached to a tender. But I have no idea if this is common or available over there.
Of course, you may be a hardy soul (as I once was 30 years ago) and intend to ride every day but want a cover for night time.
Good luck finding a solution.

Of course a garage is preferred, keeps her safe from vandals and dry.
Harley sales different ones, for different conditions. My son even covers his and its in the garage.
Google covers for motorcycles or even use the search feature in here and I m sure U'll get plenty of ideas and prices..
Ride safe and have a great spring.
Nice to have you aboard HDF,
