Thanks for sharing your memories with us. A nice interesting story. Why not look into buying a second hand bike of whatever model you can afford so you can ride togather with your son occassionally. You never know, he could be recounting similar tales and memories of how his Dad and he used to ride to his own children and friends many decades in the future.
