WARNING - LATCH LONE STAR HARLEY DAVIDSON IS A RIP OFF!! i live in Tyler TX and me and my riding buddies have nothing good to say about this dealership.This place has got to be the worst HD dealer.They make it very unpleasant to do any business there(they will never see another penny from me and my friends).I have had nothing but problems at this dealer and im sure there is plenty of you that agree.They just don't seem to care. Does the owner not now how much business they are loosing because of the way they "take care of people" and the people he has working there? First i went to buy a bike there (cash money) and i stood there for one hour before i could get some help and then a sales rep. came to help and as we were walking out to pick out my bike he desides to all of a sudden help someone else that just walked in the door and completely forgot about me and my wife(bad way to start).Then i go in to get parts and the same thing you stand there untill someone sees that you are getting pissed.Service is the worst, all they want is your money and they can't fix what you brought it in for(they just try to sell you on upgrades to your bike),how am i going to let them do anything else to my bike when they can't even repair a simple problem after 3 attempts and 2 month without my bike for a simple 1 hour repair that i had to figure out myself, and no refunds what so ever.There is zero communication and managment and business ethics are extremely poor. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!!!!

every knows about LoneStar Harley...yer about 3 years late for good service

parts is top notch...just ask for Charlie(sportster guy) or Nick

do yerself a huge favor and stay away from Scooter Pete's,as well...you think you hate Latch,wait 'til ya go to Scooter Punks...it's even worse...and they couldn't fix a bike to save their lives

the best shop to get yer bike wrenched on that i've seen in East Texas is Well's Cycle in Palestine...i also work on HD's as well...mainly Sporties,though
