Default St Louis area, Illinois Metro East

New here, live in Glen Carbon IL, work in East Alton. Looking at getting my first Dyna soon. Just waiting for the weather to get warm enough to try a few out. I'm 32, been riding since I was little but took a few years off. Right now I just have a little dual-sport enduro, I also rode sportbikes, lot of dirtbikes when I was younger.

Welcome. I'm just across the river from you. My first bike was a '93 Dyna Low Rider. It was a great bike. Had a lot of fun on it. Do you have a dealer picked out?

Thanks, I'll probably go with Ted's in Alton. When I first moved out here back in '02 I was seriously interested in a Harley. I realize demand was a little higher than, but I had just re-enlisted at the time and had a bunch of bonus money. At the time I was riding a 750 sportbike, and I went to Frieze but they didn't even want to talk to me. After that experience I got away from the bikes for a little while and messed around with cars. I had a couple Camaro's and a Trans Am, but I miss riding. Good to see so many local people on here.
