Default Hello from Greece!

Hello from Greece! Its my first post on this forum and i would like to make some questions for bobbers so that i can understand better the idea of having a bobbed bike! Please be gentle on your answers because here in greece there aren't many choppers so we dont know a lot. That makes me a noob.
I want to ask what someone have to do to make a bobber. What modifications has to be done at the frame? which bike do you propose for making a good looking bobber?
For example if i own a 2009 sportster what i have to do? If i buy a rigid frame do i need anything else to convert my bike to bobber? Do i need to change the wheels, the front system or anything else? Please help me understand beacause i love harleys and i want to be able to create the bike of my dreams like the one below!

Excuse my bad english, my ignorance on these bikes and for the big post. Any answer would be apreciated!

Thank you
