Hi All! from Lawrenceville, GA

Thanks all!
I did go over the weekend and sit on some Sportsters. Though my bf said they looked like a good fit they felt kind of small. We plan to go back and sit on some others and ride a few in the coming weeks. I'm taking my time on this decision as I know my addiction to speed is whats going to make this so different for me. I am mainly looking at a Harley for longer trips and riding with the rest of the bf's family. I really don't care what I ride as long as I'm on two! My main concern is the weight as I'm not all that big. But I want something that has torque and power and will go! My friends seem to think the Soft tail will fit me best...

Welcome from Virginia. The advice of riding several different models is sound.
BTW, I used to live in Doraville and worked at Wilkes Supermarket on the Lawrenceville Hwy. This was maaaaaannny moons ago. I love that area, grew up in SE GA.
