New Rider/Owner - '09 EG Police
I'm a first time motorcycle owner and new rider. I bought an '09 Electra Glide Police and I will be converting/customizing it into a cool touring bike. I'm having it lowered to Street Glide height right away and soon will be putting a K&N stage 1 breather kit and Reinhart true duals. I want a touring seat with sleek styling, and I'm eyeing the Le Pera Maverick seat. Of course I will be replacing the red & blues with driving lights.
Anyone have anyother suggestions or advice? Is there a forum page dedicated to police bikes and former police bikes? Anyone know of HDForum members who have experience with converting police bikes?
