Um...don't know. I was with a friend when we went in there and he was just as perplexed as I. My wife - who didn't want me to get another bike in the first place - even worked me over a bit.

"A Harley? Are you (effin') kidding me? Are you a Hell's Angel now?"

No matter. Maybe it's my age - 48 - or perhaps something a little more surreal, but I have to tell you this bike ranks at the top in looks, sound, and comfort of any of the bikes I've owned before. Of course it doesn't handle like a Beemer or launch like an F18 from a catapault, but it's the complete package for me.

After some customizing, of course.
