Come on guys! It's not that hard.
Take your pic, host it to a website (do a search on Google for Free web hosting)...
When you get the pic hosted, right click on it to get the address of the picture (URL).
Put the address between [img] and [/img]
Piece of cake, let me know if you have any problems, Ryan (Lovetoride) is a good one to ask as well.

http://photobucket.com This is a good hosting sight if you need one and it's free.It will resize your pics for you if they are not to big to download.Click on the link above and sign up and off you go.
