Hey All from Shorewood, IL.
Hey Guys,
I've been a member for about a week now. Just getting around to posting here in the New Members section. HD Forums seems like a great place to share our sickness.
I've been riding since I was like 12 (piece of crap mini bike) First actual motorcycle was a 1964 HD 65 CC import. I sold that bike three times, and somehow it kept being returned to me. The fourth time I sold it, it stayed sold. I actually wish I had it back now. Probably worth a bit more now than it was in 68.
Over the years I have had quite a few bikes of several brands. The last four have been Harleys as well as a few more in past years. The last three have been Road glides. The latest is an 09 Silver / Titanium Screamin Eagle Road Glide.
Looking forward to sharing ideas and opinions with all of you out there that enjoy this twisted relationship we have with these two wheeled money pits. No negativity intended, just stating the obvious. I truely love the motorcycle culture and all that it entails. I have made many life long friends through riding over the years. Wouldn't change a thing.
Cheers, Ken
