Thanks for the welcome, everybody. If I've done this correctly, there should be a photo of my Panhead visible below. (I haven't got a left-hand shot on the computer.) The bike was fairly standard when I bought it in 1977 but I've changed a couple of things since then. It's a 1964 engine in a 1962 frame, Mallory ignition, disc brakes front and rear, early Karata belt drive in tin primaries, ceramic-coated exhaust pipes, jockey shift and suicide clutch. Eric
