Default Hello from Texas

Just joined today.

I will go ahead and get this out of the way, I am the Parts Manager at Dallas Harley Davidson, Dallas Texas.
I do not apoligize for that fact, I have run the parts department here for 10 years, I am proud of my crew, and my department.
I have been riding HD's since I was 15 years old, I am 57 now.
I have worked at Indy Shops, Franchises, been a partner in an Indy shop and, Managed a Bikers Dream corparate store.
I am not the MoCo's biggest fan, a fact that they are quite well aware of, as I will call them on thier C*** when I see it.
I run my department (to the best of my ability) as a place where I would want to buy.
My crew are all riders, they are not a bunch of young kids, a couple are young but they are not "kids" any of them could make more working in their former jobs, but they choose to work where their heart is.
I am more than willing to answer questions, look up part numbers, give advice whenever I am asked, I can acess HD net from my house as well as Drag Specialties, CCI, or Tucker Rocky, I do not give out any false information, as I am not a good liar, and I always try to treat others the way I would want them to treat me.
At my parts counter all customers are treated the same, we don't care if you are there to spend 10,000.00 dollars or 1 dollar, you will get the same respect, time and consideration, anyone who works for me that does not adhere to this will not stay employed here for long.
Riding is still my #1 love, it is no differnt for me now then it was when I was 15.
Well that's me in a nut shell, like it or not.
Glad to be here.
