Default 1999 fat boy

I have a 99 fat boy with s&s engine and s&s shorty carb. I've adjusted the carb to all specs via the s&s website. My problem is the bike will not start if temperature is below 60 degrees? If above 60 it starts fine ? Anybody got ideas ?

Welcome from Bristol, England.

This area of the forum is principally for greeting new members. Your more likely to get help with a question of this nature by posting in the techy area of the forum.

I'm far from being knowledgable but my gut feeling would be its carb related. Presumably your giving the bike plenty of choke (sorry if this is called something else in the USA) when starting on cold days to enrich the fuel mixture.
