If you don't have an online picture hosting account you'll need one. I used Photobucket.com. Upload your pictures there, it's free. You will have 4 options after the picture is loaded (direct link, IM link, myspace code, and IMG code). Then click on new reply at the top of the thread and not quick reply at the bottom. On the tool bar portion just above where you type there is a button to "Insert Image", put the direct link there and your pic will appear in your thread.
