well i did start riding a little more this season again. put 6000 miles on the night train. but i thought i needed somthing a little newer. i bought it new in march of 99, it had 96425 miles on it when i traded it in on a 2005 road glide. i got the road glide on 8/29 /09 and as of 9/7/ 09.i have put 2750 miles on it. i put 450 miles on it the first two days i had it. and 2300 miles over the labor day weekend. i think i am going to like this bagger thing. i had never rode one more than 20 miles before. sure beats my 99 softail or the 84 fxwg i had before that. much better on the long rides and that is what i do the most of. i havent drank alcohol for 16 years so i dont have to stop at all those bars, that makes more time to ride.
