Hello from Davenport, Iowa
Hi everybody! I'm a 1st poster, long time lurker. I figured i'd take the plunge and join up. My name is Ryan and i've an FXDF in vivid black ordered for Feb.(i know it probably wont be here till April,but thats ok.)
I've found a lot of good knowledge on this forum and I plan on utilizing it. I'm a auto mechanic recently converted into assistant service manager at the local chevy dealer. I have a long and extensive backround with crotch rockets, so i'm real familliar with fuel injection.
Planned mods for the fatbob as of now will be 2" black rush slip ons, SE heavy breather, and XIEDs. I've got a hotcoat powder coating kit from eastwood ordered and i plan on turning a lot of parts black.(but not to much)
My first question: Will my buddies fender struts from an 06 streetbob fit my bike?(09 fxdf)
