hey dude, welcome from cambridge, ontario.
my first bike was a 75 sporty, so just about everything you are about to experience... has been done by me.
i went old school cause thats all i could afford at the time. i had to fix EVERYTHING on that bike for 3 years before she ran reliable...at times i hated it, had to stop myself a few times from booting it over.
BUT............................
if you stay with it, and dont give up on it, you will love it!
i wouldnt sell min e for anything.
